TROY FISCUS
managing director

Troy is the owner and director of CADSULT IDS, and a Certified Irrigation Designer (CID) with more than 16 years of design experience in commercial irrigation and turf landscaping.

Working with three of Perth’s largest landscape and irrigation organisations prior to CADSULT IDS, Troy is a well-connected and passionate contributor to the irrigation industry.

Troy has served as board member, vice-chair, and chair of Irrigation Australia’s WA members interest technical (MIT) committee for several years.

Maintaining an active role in leading the WA landscaping industry helps Troy ensure he is up to date with the latest industry news, information and methods - and applying his expert knowledge and experience to water masterplan strategies, water licensing, specifications, and environmental plans with smart and effective irrigation designs.

Jeff joined CADSULT in July 2023 through the merger of his company, PSI, with CADSULT IDS.

Having been in the irrigation industry since 1997, Jeff has been involved with many high profile international, commercial and themed projects.  He has also forged relationships with some of the most well-known golf course architects, which is reflected by having designed 11 of the top 100 ranked golf courses within Asia Pacific (2023 rankings), including working on over 100 courses in 27 different countries around the globe.

As a landscape architect and certified irrigation designer, Jeff has a wealth of experience working on prestigious projects in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and North American markets and his experience and technical insight is invaluable as we continue to expand our international footprint.

DAMIAN CULLEN
principal consultant - melbourne office

Damian is our Melbourne based irrigation designer who joined us in 2021 and is responsible for managing key East Coast clients and partnerships and expanding our Victorian operations.

As a Certified Irrigation Designer in Landscape Turf Commercial (LTC) and Landscape Turf – Golf (LTG), there’s no surprise Damian has a passion and skill for the design and development of natural sports turfs and public open spaces.

Previously Damian managed the national irrigation department for a global company which provides him with excellent knowledge as an experienced irrigation consultant.

FRANK QUINTI
SENIOR CONSULTANT - perth office

Frank has been a part of the irrigation industry since 1977 when he first began retailing irrigation equipment and contracting residential irrigation services.

Developing a successful business, Frank then grew into a successful and trusted importer and wholesale distributor of irrigation equipment.

In 1993, Frank sold his business and now works for CADSULT IDS as an independent irrigation consultant.

Undertaking the design and implementation of a diverse range of commercial irrigation and pump systems, Frank’s quality design, workmanship, and success on complex jobs have gained him exclusive invitations to work on the design of pumps and hydraulic infrastructure for extravagant water features across Australia and Indonesia.

Melan WelhenagE
Irrigation designer - perth office

Joining CADSULT IDS in 2019, Melan brought with him a wealth of experience from his previous career in the irrigation and landscape industry and is dedicated to excellent client service and attention to detail.

Melan holds an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Drafting, Diploma in Horticulture, and Diploma in Business Management – and has a thorough all-round understanding of projects, objectives and outcomes. He is currently completing his IAL Certified Irrigation Designer certificate.

Working across irrigation roles in the field, onsite and in the office led Melan to find his true passion for irrigation design. Now an astute and experienced designer, his designs always meet client requirements of today and into the future.

mark ranalli
Irrigation designer - melbourne office

Mark joined the Cadsult IDS team in 2022. He is located in our Melbourne office and brings 8 years of irrigation design experience with him.

Mark is a qualified landscaper and has an excellent understanding of the landscape industry including hands-on experience in irrigation installation. He is currently undertaking the IAL Certified Irrigation Designer program.

 Previously Mark was employed as an irrigation designer, gaining valuable knowledge and experience allowing him to produce quality irrigation designs for a variety of projects including commercial, agricultural and sports field design.

christi stevens
administration - perth office

Christi is the latest addition to the CADSULT IDS team and is based in the Perth office. She joined in 2023 and has 15+ years of administrative and project management experience.

Having worked across most aspects of business administration she is committed to delivering high quality outputs and ensuring that the ‘behind the scenes’ of the organisation are running smoothly.

Previously she has worked in procurement and project management.
